Reviewing Your Plans

We meet with you to understand your requirements and understand your scope, budget, and timeline. We work with our talented architects and engineers to review your plans.

Developing the Detailed Scope of Work

Together we walk through the specifics including plumbing, fixtures, and appliances to get a feel for your taste. We ensure that the scope reflects what you have in mind. We guide you through what elements are within your budget, and adjust aspects of the scope as necessary.

Creating Your Proposal

Keeping your requirements in mind, we meet with our trusted subcontractors and discuss the scope of work, having them bid on their specific parts of the project. Then we estimate the project cost based on labor and materials, and create the schedule based on the scope and resources. Once we have a detailed proposal, we walk you through each element so you understand the fine print and have the opportunity to ask questions and make clarifications.

Signing the Agreement

Once we have reached an agreement, we sign the paperwork, get the necessary permit approvals, and mobilize our resources. We also set a construction date for when work will begin.

Starting Construction

The heavy lifting begins. Our project managers and contractors work diligently to create the space you’ve been dreaming of. Quality control is a central pillar of our work, and we always ensure your project is well built, down to the details.
